Sergio Rossi offers a seamless return process allowing you to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account or visit the 'Follow your Order' section to complete the online return form and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in the original box, ensuring the dust bags and authenticity cards are included, then securely seal the package using the provided adhesive strip.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return label over the original delivery information to ensure your shipment is correctly tracked and insured.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at a UPS access point or schedule a collection; once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
